Every year different weather conditions favor different varieties of wild flowers. This year the wild iris also called blue flags seem to be abundant around the marshes and small ponds.
Our granddaughter is up from Georgia so we went for a wildflower hike around a small pond. The wild irises were everywhere and exceptionally beautiful.
