The Arrowhead region got its first snow this week. Incoming storms from the west, if they arrive during the early morning hours and the timing is right can produce great sunrises over Lake Superior. That is what happened this weekend.

As more clouds moved in and the sun rose higher this couple walked out on the break wall to enjoy the view.

Red Fox

I was out hiking during the snow storm and surprised this red fox.
