Karla and I took a short road trip to Michigan to see the fall colors and visit Bond Falls State Park. Our first stop was in Bayfield to pick apples.

There were several beautiful hemlock old growth forests along the Black River Scenic Byway.

Bond Falls 001
Our main destination was Bond Falls State Park. Bond Falls is located in a beautiful stretch of the Ontonagon River.
