Lake Superior Waves

We spent the week staying at some friends’ beautiful home near Tettegouche State Park on the shore of Lake Superior. We watched their six kids while they attended a conference. Not only did we have a lot of fun with the kids, the views from their home made for great photos.

The extreme cold temps at the beginning of the week produced some beautiful window frost. This one looks like a miniature forest.

I am always amazed at these designs. This one looks like ferns.

Eagle Landing

Eagles flew in front of the cliff each day. This one landed on the beach and grabbed something.

Stone Beard Point 001

Below their home is a rock outcrop named Stone Beard Point. The fresh snow and incoming waves created a beautiful early morning scene.
