Barred Owl 001
We spent last weekend in the Twin Cities visiting some friends. When hiking in Fort Snelling State Park we found a barred owl.

I took several photos as it moved from tree to tree in the same general area.

A father came by with his young daughter who was learning photography. I showed her the owl and she was pretty excited about the opportunity to get photos of such a beautiful bird.

I think it was saying, "One step closer and your going to feel these talons".

Bluebirds 001
We found a well-used bluebird nesting box and watched both the parents feed the babies several times.
