Read MoreNorth Shore Ice 001
As I mentioned last week the spray from the recent storm covered the rocks and trees with a thin coat of ice making the Tettegouche State Park shoreline a true winter wonderland. I went to photograph the ice on Thursday and it couldn’t have been a better day with one of the bluest skies that I have seen for some time. Ice had formed on Lake Superior the previous night so the reflections were awesome. There are several places that Shovel Point can be framed with icicles hanging from the trees.
