This weekend we drove to Duluth to welcome our new granddaughter, Silje Pernille Sundberg, into the world. While waiting on Silje I took some photos of Bentleyville along the waterfront. This one was from one of the hills above Duluth’s West End.

Since the evening was so calm the lights from Bentleyville reflected in the Duluth Ship Canal. This photo was taken on the Duluth Aerial Lift Bridge.

I just got across the bridge when the Great Lakes Trader ore boat was leaving the canal.
