Sunrise Over Splitrock Lighthouse

This time of year you can photograph the sun rising behind Split Rock Lighthouse. This photo was taken from the Hwy61 rest area overlooking Split Rock Lighthouse State Park just a couple of days ago. There was just enough cloud cover to bring out the beautiful colors in the sun while skim ice covering part of Lake Superior created the beautiful reflections.
