Lower Gooseberry Falls 1

Spring like conditions which occurred this last week has a way of altering the waterfalls along the North Shore into incredible works of art. Melting snow and underground springs produce water that flows over the top of the falls and then refreezes as it drops down the face.

Here the Lower Falls on the Gooseberry River is about as beautiful as I have ever seen it.
