Crystal Bay Tettegouche State Park 001
Our first snowstorm of the year hit the region this week and with it lots of wind. Gusts were recorded up to 77 mph at Stannard Rock in Lake Superior.
Near Marquette, MI they logged in the largest wave ever recorded in Lake Superior on a marker buoy at 28.8 feet.
The North Shore had it share of huge waves also. These images were taken as waves crashed into the shore at Crystal Bay in Tettegouche State Park.
